Roof space is approx 140m2. It’s 1970’s. Old blow in insulation has been there probably since it was built and it looks like the old owners placed some random insulation batts on top. Maybe as part of the old vic govt scheme. We are looking to have a full clear out. No need to install new batts as I’ll do that myself, just looking for it to be cleaned and cleared out.
