We need some painting done on the exterior of our home to match our new roof and some areas already painted. We would like the green trim along the pitch of the roof to be re-painted in Basalt and the triangle section at the front of the house re-painted in Tranquil Retreat. We will supply the paint, we will need the painter to do any required cleaning and prep work before painting. We will require special care to be taken to ensure the garden is not damaged.

FACADE: We require the facade of our brown brick warehouse to be sprayed white. Photo of the building attached. The painted area required is the second level, the columns either side of the driveway and the alcove including ceiling and roller door. The building is 10m W x 8m H (approx) over 2 storeys. We don't have a scissor lift but one can be hired if needed. INTERIOR WALL: 6m H x 4m H brown brick wall to be painted white. We would like a few walls around the house painted. We already have the paint but no other supplies. If possible, the tv would need to be removed and mounted again. There is also a wall that needs to be patched up. Photos included.
