We are looking for a reliable cleaner for a regular 2.5-hour clean of our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Riverhills. This is regular maintenance cleaning rather than a deep clean. - fortnightly but could be flexible on actual dates We usually do ourselves but getting to busy with things now. The house is generally maintained well and clean so it's not heavy load. The regular cleaning includes: - Vacuuming and mopping the floors - Dusting and wiping tables, benches and other accessible surfaces - Cleaning both bathrooms, - Wiping the kitchen benches and surfaces Once the regular cleaning is finished, I would like the remaining time to be used for one or two rotating tasks, when time allows. For example: > Wiping window frames and window sills > Spot-cleaning marks on walls > Cleaning doors or skirting boards, or fans > Or cleaning another area we agree on for that visit If time doesn't allow, then no need. We don’t expect all the rotating tasks to be done each time. We can discuss the priority area for each visit depending on the time available.
