The hot water in our office space downstairs isn't working in the kitchen nor the shower - the hot water in the rest of the building is working. I am not sure exactly where the hot water system is for this space, could be on our roof (easy access)

The electric hot water unit is not working.no sign of leakage at the unit. The electric circuit baker of hot water has pop down all time.

Need a plumber. My apartment’s hot water temperature keeps fluctuating between hot and cold (mainly just hot) across all taps. I can’t control it properly and the issue only affects my apartment, not the rest of the building. I have my own hot water unit. The problem may be related to the tempering/mixing valve. The electric hot water heater has stopped working for the last year(it kept switching off at the mains switch. It's over 10 years old. It's located in the half way up the roof cavity of my bathroom.

The door for the balcony on the first floor keeps coming open on its own on windy days. This seems to be because the strike has worn down so the latch is unable to lock into it. Secondly, the hot water tap seems to have stopped working in the bathroom on the second floor. We have no issues with any taps or water elsewhere in the house. Experiencing an issue with the hot water in two bathroom. The water in the shower doesn’t get properly hot, while the hot water in the kitchen sink is extremely hot — hot enough to burn a hand.

Hot water is running to all other taps in the apartment and the dishwasher adjacent to the kitchen sink. There is no hot water coming out of the kitchen sink. When the tap handle turns to hot- no water comes out. The hot water tap sitting in at the back of the cabinet is turned on.

My apartment has a slow leakage issue under the bathroom basin. Plus our hot water when having shower seems to cut off later in the day. Want someone to come over and inspect this Friday after 3pm if possible
