My hot water bills have increased a lot, so I need to get the hot water meter checked. There is no leakage in the apartment.

*Parking available* Our hot water boiler needs some work. 1. Replace hot water boiler valve It’s leaking in a certain position. Currently not leaking but needs to be replaced. 2. Hot water boiler pipe to be connected to cold water supply. Our hot water comes out boiling hot and one of the plumbers we had suggested to solve the issue by connecting to cold water so that hot water would come out at 50 degree approximately.

Lost hot water to the downstairs bathroom

Old apartment with hot water system in cupboard. Downstairs neighbour is a chain smoker and terrible smoke smell in my apartment. I think it’s from this cupboard! Must be gaps I can fix?? Have to stop the smell it’s bad😬. Need someone to have a look and see what they can do. I’m not there at the moment so can’t send pics…maybe reline cupboard and seal the crap out of it??

Hey there, I live in an apartment and I’m not getting any hot water in my shower or bathroom sink. The water will only get hot if I turn both of them on at the same time (but it never gets to scalding hot, just OK to shower). Hot water is fine in the kitchen sink and the washing machine. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed internally within my unit?

Supply and install new hot water feed line from current hot water lines and run down kitchen wall to the underside of the kitchen bench. This line would then pick up two sinks that currently have no water coming out on the hot side at all.
