I need a licensed plumber(also to assist with claiming stc and vees) to install a customer-supplied Stiebel Eltron WWK 302 H (302L) electric heat-pump hot water system. Current system is an outdoor gas hot water unit that needs to be removed. Location: Outdoor side yard (photos attached). The new unit cannot sit in the exact same position due to existing concrete. It will need to be relocated slightly forward and installed on concrete plinth or rated steel stand, with correct airflow clearances. Scope of work - Remove existing gas hot water system -Cap gas line and provide compliance certificate - Install Stiebel Eltron WWK 302 H - Supply & install new tempering valve and PTR valve - Connect drainage - Short pipe extensions only (no major re-runs) - Supply & install concrete plinth or rated steel stand if needed - Commission system and sign off for warranty Notes - Unit is already onsite - Outdoor, ground-level access - Looking for licensed plumber only - Experience with heat-pump HWS preferred Please provide itemised quote and availability Photos of existing setup attached. The hot/cold valve in my shower goes very hot! There is a sweet spot at 4 o clock , clockwise however it’s very annoying. I need a plumber to change the valve and buy the valve for me too.

Hi. I need someone to have a look at our apartment unit hot water pressure valve + Tempering valve. We are having some issues with the hot water pressure- Most time the pressure and temperature is fine but during evening time especially, we are losing pressure. The building manager advised that one of the valves could be causing this issue. Looking for someone who has experiences :)

The hot water has been on and off for the past few weeks. The Origin guy came and checked, and said it probably due to the tempering valve in our unit. We had this valve fixed a year ago by a licensed plumber, so we don't know why this is happening again. The plumber previously mentioned the brand of the parts is called "AVG"(hope this will help). I need someone to repair/service 2 x kitchen exhausts & 1 x hot water tap. Issues: 1 x Kitchen exhaust doesn't start up, issue since last week. 1 x Kitchen exhaust has been blowing air back onto the stove. It exhausts to a degree but it seems to push air back out at the same time and doesn't exhaust everything. The issue started in late May. 1 x Sink hot water not working since last week.
