Hi there, I am looking for a skilled handyman or floor repair specialist to fix a localized squeaky section of exposed hardwood flooring in my home. Task Details: • The Issue: There is a very annoying squeak on the upper floor of my house when walking over a specific area. • The Material: It is exposed Australian Cypress Pine. I have attached a photo of the area. • Access: Because this is an upper floor, there is no access from underneath. The repair will need to be done entirely from above. We need floor sanding and coating of our hardwood floors, needs to be done on Friday 30th January. 45-50 sqm .

There are 2 marks on our hardwood floors that were made by a wet mop (that had a cleaning/disinfectant cleaning solution in it, Handy Andy). We are unsure on how to remove and are requesting offers by cleaners with experience with removing this type of stain successfully without any further damage.
