Kitchen sink is leaking - seems that the pipe has detached from the bottom of the drainage. Top of the sink drain has come off as well. Additionally, shower head in guest bath is loose/not anchored properly. Wanting it fixed or replaced with a detachable shower head. Budget is based on the presumption that only minor fixes are required.

Hi! I Need an experienced carpenter to replace an Internal door that opens inwards with a bifold door that opens outwards, using a 180 degree folding system. Door and door hardware will be provided. Door frame is metal and hinges are welded. Scope: 1 - Remove existing internal door 2-Install new bifold door using 180 system as shown in references files 3-Install same handle/latch/ plate used on the old door to the new one - you will need to cut a new hole to the frame as the door now opens outwards, so the location is different. 4-Ensure door is aligned, swings and closes properly 5-Dispose of old door Please note: -Door frame/jambs are galvanized steel and hinges are welded (see photo). No need to grind the part of the hinge that is welded to the jambs… We will leave it there for now just in case… - Most of the frame paint has been scrapped (it was all broken and chipped). Planning to prime and paint if after job is done (not included in scope, just noting it) - Door is honeycomb core, pre primed, and is currently unpainted. - Door size is standard 820 x 2040 x 35mm (2 halves of 410 and 25mm shorter in height as ir accounts for a top rail) Thank you!!
