Find an experienced handyman in Willagee

I’m looking for an experienced handyman to repair water damage to the lower edge and corners of an internal bathroom door. The door is still functional and straight, but the lower surface and edges have swollen and deteriorated. I would like the loose material removed, the remaining fibres stabilised, the damaged areas rebuilt with suitable two-part filler, then sanded and sealed. I will prime and paint after that. My budget is $150, with the handyman to supply all materials required for the repair, including wood stabiliser/hardener and suitable two-part filler. I will handle the priming and painting myself once the repair is complete. Thanks

Minor repairs and patching to ceiling and cornice. 1) Ceiling cracked around A/C vent due to being stepped on from above. 2) Small hole in ceiling requires patch ~100mm2 3) ~150 section of plain cornice next to ceiling access point needs removal and replacing. 4) Redundant ceiling vent (~200x250) removed and patched. All repairs should be finished flush to surrounds. No painting required.

Household flyscreens need to be removed and replaced. And one sliding security door screen also. All very worn.

Fire place needs tiling. Roughly 2, 1/2 sqm worth. Tiles will be provided the rest you’ll bring. Tile size 200mm x 200mm

Repair existing indoor curtain rod bracket (pulling away from wall) • the curtain rod brackets are coming loose from the brick wall from a previous DIY job. • Needs proper re-drilling into brick/masonry and secure fixing with the correct anchors. • Curtain rod and brackets already installed — just reinforcement and repair needed. ⸻ 2. Install a new curtain rod on the adjacent window • I have a new curtain rod (with brackets) that needs installation on the window right next to the existing one. • Wall is brick/masonry. ⸻ 3. Repair outdoor fold-down clothesline bracket • One of the outdoor clothesline brackets has pulled out from the wall. • Needs correct masonry plugs/bolts and secure refitting so it can hold weight safely. • Photos attached. ⸻ Looking for: • Someone experienced with drilling into brick/masonry • Strong, level, tidy installation • Ideally completed in a single visit
