Very straight forward, you must have your own tools. Everything else is supplied including screws and wall plugs for installation. 2 walls are brick and 2 walls are gyprock.

I need an electrician to install a ceiling fan in my apartment in West Perth. The fan will be a DC fan with a dimmable light. I will purchase the fan from Bunnings on Friday or Saturday morning and can update with the brand etc. if needed. Pictures are of the light that I want replaced by the fan/light.

I am in an apartment in West Perth. Behind a glass sliding door to access the balcony, I have a retractable flyscreen. It sits on a track that you can pull and retract back and it runs parallel to the sliding glass doors. The flyscreen is about 3 metres in length and 2 metres in height. What has happened is that a small part of the bottom portion of the flyscreen mesh has detached and come off the flyscreen frame which is causing difficulty pulling and retracting the flyscreen. The mesh needs to be repaired (or replaced entirely). Otherwise, the mechanics for the flyscreen frame itself appear fine. Repairs on site would be preferable. Otherwise pick up is fine. Generally available during the week and weekends.
