looking for someone experienced with handyman/wall repairs to fix a curtain rod in our bedroom. The curtain rod has pulled away from the wall at all three fixing points (left, centre and right). The rod and brackets themselves appear to be fine, but the existing screw holes/fixings in the wall are no longer holding. It will likely require removing the rod, assessing the existing holes, filling/repairing them as needed, and securely reinstalling the rod, potentially using new fixing points and appropriate wall anchors. We already have the curtain rod and brackets, so I’m mainly looking for someone who can provide the appropriate fixings/materials and make sure it is properly secured again. Ideally, I’d also like the old holes left neat/touched up if they need to be relocated. We have a rental inspection coming up next week, so I’d love to have this done beforehand. Thank you

Looking for someone to install wooden lattice to my wall. I was told to fix wooden beams to the wall and then drill the wooden lattice into those. There are 6 wooden lattice fences, to cover the full wall as pictured I also would like a few ikea wooden floors tiles cut in half. And cut my retic system things off, as pictured And move washing line hooks, they were drilled into the wall

Kitchen sink installation

We had curtains installed and after removing the old curtain rod and covering it revealed this old wallpaper and damage to the wall where it was installed. We need someone to remove the old wallpaper, patch and paint the wall. There are also a few spots on the window frame where the previous rod was installed that need to be painted. We should have all required paint or will pay for it if we don’t.
