I will be listing my house for sale soon and need a few little jobs to be done before I list it. - Patch holes from badly hung frames (one wall - roughly 4m x 2.5m) - Paint the wall with the holes - Paint small areas where wall paint has been accidentally rolled on to the ceiling paint - Sand, prime, and re-paint laundry door and one bedroom door where my dog has scratched some of the paint off - Paint a small area behind my fridge that hasn’t been painted - Replace outlet covers around the house (small two bedroom townhouse) - Lay peel and stick tiles over Lino floor in Laundry area. It is about 2m x 1m. I have started the job but will just need help with cutting the tiles to fit around cabinets and doors Paint, tools, and instruments can be provided.
