Ceiling/cornice has collapsed. Needs to be cut, re sheeted, cornice and set (also sanding). Also, needs a ridge join installed. Prepped for paint. Dimensions: 3650mm x 150mm Flexible with time. Note: please do not comment that the whole ceiling is not level or that it entirely needs to be replaced. This entire house will be gutted and renovated in the future. Not looking for rescrew of sheet or painting.

There are chips out of a wood front door and some light scratches as well that need to be fixed. And a tiny chip on a bedroom door as well that needs to be fixed, we have the exact paint match for the bedroom door.

Looking to get this patch in my door properly repaired as the person that previously attempted to repair it has done a dodgy job. It could use some more spakfilla but definitely needs to be sanded/smoothed down before I paint it. It's a bit hard to tell in the photos where it starts and ends so let me know if you need more.

I have a deck that has pine diagonal lattice inserts that have now rotten due to weather and age. I need these removed and replaced. Bunnings stocks the same inserts at around $40 each. I estimate 15 need to be cut to size and replaced.
