Assemle an easy shed at my home

Cut out plasterboard and panelling of a wall in a hallway to get access to the master bedroom en suite so that it can be accessed by the hallway, not just the bedroom. The work to quote for is both cutting that out and then putting the door frame and door on, sanded and painted.

Drywall feels soft and looks like ?water damage or might just be old. Wanting it replaced, think It’s just 2 walls opposite each other, last photo is after a hook was removed. About 4mx3m high

Bathroom door handle needs replacing. This will involve the removal of the old door handle + installation of the new door handle (already purchased)

We have bought two "easy sheds" that are arriving on Tuesday morning. We are heading off on holiday on Thursday, meaning that they ideally need to be put together on Tuesday and/or Wednesday (otherwise it's three weeks later which is an ok fallback plan). One is 2.25 x 0.78, and one is 2.5 x 1.5 (both roughly 1.95 high). They arrive as flat packs and are allegedly designed to be put together in "5 easy steps". Both will be on concrete and come with a kit to attach into concrete, but will need to be drilled in. Tools required include a drill, various drill bits. It would be great to find someone who has built the easyshed brand before. I don't have a good feel for how long this is likely to take. Hello, I have. white wood fireplace mantel that is too high. I would like it removed, approximately 10cm cut from it while maintaining the moulding on it, it will then likely need spray painting to hide the join, and re-installed. Are you able to help with this?

Licensed electrician needed – high ceiling fan replacement We need an existing ceiling fan removed and a new one installed. This is a high ceiling (double-height), so you must have your own extra-large ladder or access equipment suitable for working safely at height. Power and switch already in place — it’s a straight swap, just awkward because of the height.

Metal rod in clothes cupboard has come off, need to re-install it and ideally reinforce it. Need this done prior to Friday ideally. Open to any other suggestions of materials required to install.

I need a string repaired on my blind

A table leg was split and needs to be reconnected to the main supporting beams. The table top can be removed for fixing but will need to support the weight of the marble. Leg still supports table but may break if sideways pressure is applied.
