My bedframe is for a king mattress. The bedframe came in 4 pieces: bedhead, sides, and bed end. The sides click into the bedhead. Due to one side not being clicked in properly, the bedhead’s beg leg was under uneven pressure. This resulted in the beg leg screw threads within the bedhead’s wood moving to an angle. So while the metal bed leg is still intact/in original form, the leg design means the weight and screws will move on an angle—making the bed uneven. See attached photos. I tried to replace the leg with 2 x solid wooden legs (one for each screw thread) to take the weight into the center and keep the thread sleeves in-line. But the wooden bed legs’ screws are too thick for the existing screw sleeves/holes. Looking for a repair to keep the bed and mattress stable. Aesthetics of repair not important.

I need a plaster cornice installed in the bathroom ceiling The bathroom is being renovated and tiling and cabinets are already done. I need a plaster cornice fixed in the ceiling. I am happy to buy the materials. Flexible with the date too

I have a fixed reception deck, I don’t know how to move it, need one or two handy man to disassemble it. Maybe also repaint the wall where the deck left marks.

The following work need to be done at the UQ Rugby Clubhouse: Gym floor - some 10mm rubber mats have raised and need cutting to fit back in. Attaching whiteboard to a wall. Rivetting back door which has come loose. Replacing 2 fluros in clubhouse - we have the fluros - will need a tall ladder (guessing 3m-4m). Reattach cover on ceiling fan. Fix loose tile and filler around drain hole at the front entrance. Fix a basin tap in the toilet which has come loose. Patch a hole in the guttering on the roof. Probably need a long ladder again.
