Full fire place area need to be tilling , tiling need to be supplied, grout and glu need to be supplied by handymen along with fixing. 5 curtains rod need to installed.some more bits and pieces in the house to fix. Dead lock must be as per compliance standard should be supplied by handyman along with every thing mention above should be supplied and fixed by a handyman.
