Hi all, looking for a patch up job to secure fencing as best as possible. Some pales are loose and fence will be replaced in the next 6 weeks. Just need some holes covered so that little dog does not continue to escape until then. About 3 holes at least showing. Does not have to be pretty, currently have an oven grill in one spot!

Hello Skilled personnel, Three areas of concern on a rooftop for a fast food store in Seaford. Chimney stacks, Box-gutters & Above toilet block leak. Chimney: on heavy rain down pour ONLY the inside-store exhaust vents above the hot plate grill plate leaks water, believed to come through the chimney stacks, most likely reason, but not definitely. (If you believe that to be true, it would require stripping back past applications of tar & black goo, etc ) Box gutters: rusted out, needs replacing 15m width approx. Toilet block in the store experiences water leaking, unidentified source. My bet it’s from the box gutter leaking. 1m porthole access to the roof, access vi rear carpark, laundromat. Few doors Ned to repaint along with dead lock, fire place area to fix, front window to fix, 4 doors to repaint along with dead lock, one front window need to fix as holes are there from front 2 holes and inside one hole to fix and repaint it. Full fire place area need to be tilling , tiling need to be supplied, grout and glu need to be supplied by handymen along with fixing. 5 curtains rod need to installed.some more bits and pieces in the house to fix. Dead lock must be as per compliance standard should be supplied by handyman along with every thing mention above should be supplied and fixed by a handyman.

Remove existing door & install new glass sliding door

The previous owners of our home had a cat door installed and we don't need it. We'd like to have it removed and the timber door to be patched up before we have painters come to paint the door on Wednesday. I'm assuming using insulation foam from a can would do the trick to fill the empty space and the patches put on the inside and outside of the door.
