I’m slowly replacing the aluminium windows in my home with old wooden windows. All but one are fully refurbished and ready to go in.

We would like a quote for a few odd jobs: - some painting of battens under our house - fixing a side gate so it doesn't scrape against the ground - putting grit/anti slip spray on 8 concrete tiles on path - varnishing the deck - fixing a toilet into the floor - putting soil under our tree and hedges - replacing a shower curtain rod

I have a few doors that are mis aligned and either need to be reinstalled or replaced some doors we want to put on locks as well. In total about 3 doors installed/replaced.

Affix kitchen cabinet door. New door and hinges available. Partially done by me. Two existing hinge plates attached to cabinet can't be used for new door, as it requires 3 hinges and has different spacing. Would need to drill new holes in cabinet for new hinge plates.

Construct and Install 2 wooden and colourbond awnings as in the picture over a window. The price is for labour only and is to exclude the cost of materials which will be separately reimbursed. Size of window is similar to the window in the image. Flashing to be included (materials reimbursed). The actual house in the image is white. My IKEA dishwasher cover need to be fix. 2 of the white things was broken. So it keep coming out every time when we open or close

Screw the electric gate rack to the bottom rail of the gate frame. Screw the gate track to the concrete gate base, using a masonry drill and variable speed impact driver. Experience with masonry drilling required.

My freezer isnt running well and nothing is freezing. It has an LCD panel for adjustments but the screen has errors so don't know what it's running at. It's a Samsung da99 03235g

Repair fire damaged kitchen

I replaced the beams and the gyprock panel. I am looking for help to finish off the bottom and top coat plaster and repair damage so I can paint on a small panel and repair some ceiling plaster damage. Unlikely required but I do have Gyprock base coat 45 and topping compound here. thanks

I have a bathroom vanity which needs to be installed. There are screws and plugs with the vanity unit. You will be drilling into tile so require drill attachments required.
