I am looking to get my electric fireplace repaired, it no longer turns on. I think something has shorted on the PCB. Looks like small burning around circuit D13 (please see photos). I can drop the unit off to the repairer.

Need help repairing the laundry bifold door. As you can see in the attached photos: The top track/hinge has come loose and no longer holds the door securely. The bottom pivot hinge is still in place but needs adjustment. The door is currently unstable and doesn’t fold or close properly. Erect a 3 x 3 garden shed and concrete base
