General maintenance work, fix holes in gyprock, fix water damage ceiling

Ceiling Gyprock replace in 2 rooms and kitchen area. Small fix of broken plaster in a wall. Cornice replace as well. Broken wall in 1 room don't need a very big piece of board but need repair and sanding to look same. All this needs white paint 2 quotes. In ceiling where ever the current down light or oyster light fittings are need to make the holes for

1 x Kitchen cabinet door came loose of the fixing. Needs repair to the cabinet to hold fixing and secure door. 4 x ikea cabinets require alignment.

New shed 5mx2.8m brand new. Concrete base is ready

A wet leak appeared in my bedroom two days ago. I need it repaired this week as the next the house goes on lease. I'm moving out from my PPoR and renting it. The house is two-store and the room is in the top floor. There's no interior access to the roof or to the space between the ceiling and the roof. You need to access the roof from the outside. We think the leak is coming from the vent pipe just above where the wall stain is. Edit: invoice mandatory
