Find an experienced handyman in Pemulwuy

I need a licensed electrician to come and replace my current Chandelier. The ceiling height is roughly 7m, but can also be accessed from the top level. The new chandelier is around 6kg. Photos attached of new chandelier and old chandelier.

We have a rusty cloth liner but the post is mount well to the ground. Can you please suggest if we can just change the old liner and install a new one in the same pole? If not removing the whole old liner and install a new ground mounted liner

Need an electrician to install 7 hand dryers at a site in Pemulwuy 2145. Power points are available to plug into. Hand dryers need to be mounted and wired. Hand dryers will be delivered to site beforehand. Old hand dryers need to be removed and taken away

I’ve got a Range Rover 2021 sport. I need the sunroof drains to be unblocked and tested as it’s apparently leaking inside the cabin because of the blockage. Needs to be someone who knows how to service the sunroof on these cars.

Patch up hole in plaster wall

Need to repair vertical blind carrier as hooks are missing or broken so blinds cannot be hanged

Needed a TV unit inbuilt against the wall and also with a fireplace.

Needed a handyman to do timber gap refill, put some varnish across the rooms and stairs.

Need remove a TV and bracket from one wall and then put up on a different wall. Also need to put up some basic curtain rods and hooks on wall.

1. Move wall mounted TV to an alternate location, patch up the old location. 2. Extend exterior plug for installing bar fridge in the back courtyard. 3. Nail 10 nails to the wall.

Big mirror needs fixing in the wall. May be little higher up or just adjacent to floor.

Internal stairs - We have taken the old handrails out and want to cut down some of the gyprock on the stairs and install glass baluatrade. Attached are some photos of the current stairs and red marks around where the gyprock needs to be cut down. Also are some photos of what we are hoping to achieve. This is for quote only

1.5x4.6 dog run, frame is built but we require the chain wire installed

One window to have new blinds done. The rest of the blinds at home need repairwork and new parts such as replace chain connector, the bottom weights to be replaced. I need someone to come and inspect the work then give a quote.
