I need a qualified plasterer or experienced handyman to install cornice to two small sections of wall where a partition wall was removed. This has left small gaps in the cornice at the ceiling line (see photos). I have spare matching cornice pieces on site, which came from the removed wall, and can be reused. No painting required as the painter will paint over it once installed. Scope of works: • Supply labour and fix cornice to 2 short sections • Cut and mitre neatly so it blends with existing cornice • Fix, set, and leave ready for painting (no sanding to paint finish required) Important notes: • Job is urgent – must be completed before Friday as painter is finishing up • Property is in Northbridge, WA • Small job, but needs to be neat and professional Materials: • Spare cornice provided • You to supply adhesive, fixings, and setting compound Suggested budget: $200 (happy to adjust for the right person who can do it promptly) Please comment with: • Your availability (day/time) • Relevant experience • Any questions

The bar of the garage door got hit and garage door couldn’t fully close due to this as this blocked.

Hello, I am chasing a bifold door with installation that suits the following dimensions of the existing door. I have attached a few images for your help. As you can see, the door is currently blocking a lot of the bathroom, so I am hoping that once folded in half on the left side, if you are facing the entrance, this wall before the towel rack has a clearance of 480mm and lands on the side with the towel rack. If my maths is correct, it should give 720mm/2 = 360mm, so it should fit in the space? Existing bathroom door: 720mm width Height - 2015mm on one end, middle moves to 2023mm, then back to 2017mm (think there was some door shaving when it was initially installed). 35mm depth
