There was a water leak in the ceiling in the living area due to a clogged AC drain, which has already been fixed. Now, I need someone to repair the ceiling and wall damage (please see the attached images of the damage). The job may include: • Patching up the drywall where the leak occurred. • Sanding and smoothing out the patch. • Painting the patched area to match the rest of the ceiling and wall. The ceiling area affected is not very large, but I'd like it to look seamless once the repair is done. Ideally, looking for someone with experience in ceiling repairs, especially after fixing this painting the patched area to match the rest of the ceiling and wall.
