I need someone to install a new sink in my kitchen, this will include the removal of the old current white one (pictured) for a new stainless steel one and the same size. The washers will be replaced, but no trimming of the bench. It should be a fairly straight forward job however it will likely include modifying the length of the adjoining pipe underneath to fit the distance between the new sink drains. You will need to bring your the required tools to do the job.

I have various small tasks that I dont have time to fix: 1) Toilet case has popped out - unsure on fix. Happy to pay for a new case if that's whats needed. Note pushing it in isnt a long term fix 2) Deadbolt bolts are too long - easy fix, I'm just lazy. 3) Toilet seat is cracked and needs a new one. Looking for a handyman or carpenter to fix a door frame that has come loose from the wall. As shown in the photos, the door jamb/trim on the latch side has separated, leaving a gap between the frame and the wall. The door still functions but the frame needs to be properly secured and made neat again. Originally occurred due to water damaged floor that has since been fixed.

There was a water leak in the ceiling in the living area due to a clogged AC drain, which has already been fixed. Now, I need someone to repair the ceiling and wall damage (please see the attached images of the damage). The job may include: • Patching up the drywall where the leak occurred. • Sanding and smoothing out the patch. • Painting the patched area to match the rest of the ceiling and wall. The ceiling area affected is not very large, but I'd like it to look seamless once the repair is done.
