I have various small tasks that I dont have time to fix: 1) Toilet case has popped out - unsure on fix. Happy to pay for a new case if that's whats needed. Note pushing it in isnt a long term fix 2) Deadbolt bolts are too long - easy fix, I'm just lazy. 3) Toilet seat is cracked and needs a new one. This Toilet is also running and wont flush which will need to be fixed. 4) Need to replace taps to match. I have the taps just dont have the tool to turn off water the water (its deep in the ground)

I need help with the following jobs: - reattaching a towel rail (ideally in a way that means I don’t have to fix the paint afterwards). - our bathroom cabinet door is forever un attaching. If you can figure out how to fix this that would be great. - measuring and cutting some skirting board and attaching it to the wall. It’s a couple of small segments that we just haven’t got around to doing ourselves. No patching or painting required after. - OPTIONAL: if you can take an old bbq gas container to the tip that would be great

Looking for a handyman or carpenter to fix a door frame that has come loose from the wall. As shown in the photos, the door jamb/trim on the latch side has separated, leaving a gap between the frame and the wall. The door still functions but the frame needs to be properly secured and made neat again. Originally occurred due to water damaged floor that has since been fixed.

There was a water leak in the ceiling in the living area due to a clogged AC drain, which has already been fixed. Now, I need someone to repair the ceiling and wall damage (please see the attached images of the damage). The job may include: • Patching up the drywall where the leak occurred. • Sanding and smoothing out the patch. • Painting the patched area to match the rest of the ceiling and wall.
