I have a few odd jobs and things that need fixing around the house. Will require an experienced handy man for the job. Cleaning out a sky light on the roof, looking at a window that won’t close shut, scrubbing and cleaning mould off a bathroom roof, sanding back a small area of water damage on a wall (now dry) and repainting it, pressure cleaning (provided) outdoor deck area m, shed floor and lounge and re coating the deck (provided). Removing bore water stains from outside driveway, fence and gate (provided) Thanks

We have a tricky room opening that’s on an angle. We would like to install a new 820mm door that opens into the lounge with a small fixed panel on the stairs side, so we can enclose the room for heating and cooling. We would like a professional job. No painting required. The opening is 1200mm wide and 2400 high. Both sides of the opening are at the joining of walls on different angles. The floor has a join from carpet to tiles.

Need a qualified electrician to remove our existing chandelier in the lounge room and install a new chandelier in its place. The new chandelier is already on site. We only require the electrical installation and mounting completed. We will assemble and attach the decorative/crystal components ourselves after installation.

I live in the first floor of an apartment block and I have three flyscreens that are cloth material. I have cats who like to sit at the open windows and I would like to replace the flyscreens with something much stronger that they can't claw at and won't fall out of.

We have high ceilings and our ceiling fan is approx 3m above the ground (ceiling height is 3.2m). You will need to provide a ladder/platform and clean the outside of the fan with some wet cloths to get rid of the dust. Should be pretty quick. Note the fan is in a bedroom at the front of the house and there is a pretty sharp turn from the front door so large long ladders may not fit into the room

Hello, I require a handy man to lift my clothes line up by about 60cm. Needs to be removed from wall and reattached. I have new clothes wire to insert once completed. Thanks Andrew
