Need a qualified electrician to remove our existing chandelier in the lounge room and install a new chandelier in its place. The new chandelier is already on site. We only require the electrical installation and mounting completed. We will assemble and attach the decorative/crystal components ourselves after installation.

We have a wall mounted clothes dryer and want an extraction vent installed in the wall above the dryer. (See picture. Note dryer is off the wall) This requires drilling a 110mm circular hole through the brick and plaster wall and fitting a short aluminium pipe, external vent cover and internal flexi-pipe. The wall and plaster are approximately 300mm thick. I will provide the vent materials - wall pipe, vent hole cover and flexi-pipe. You will need to provide tools and equipment to cut through the wall, ladders , drop sheet etc.

The door to the pool shed outside needs to be replaced as it has rotted at the bottom. (This door is 720mm wide and 1950mm high) One of the external doors from the house is badly stuck. I do not know if it needs repairing or replacing. (This door is 820mm wide and 2050mm high although it is hard to tell exactly as I can’t open it).

Need the existing ceiling rose removed and a new one installed (glued/fixed to ceiling). No electrical or light work. New rose is 1m wide and is supplied by me. Shouldn't be much patching because ceiling is good.
