My indoor blind is easy to put down but very difficult to put up using the chain

Need to fix plaster inside our house. We recently restumped our house which has created cracks and also need to fix poor plaster from renovation job.

I have an old pine floor partially sanded needing a lighter sand, stain and varnish to complete. The house is over 2 levels including 3 bedrooms, an entry, 2 stairs, a dining room and a kitchen. Only skilled and highly experienced trades person to apply. The last worker did not have the skills to cut old boards from under the cupboard and insert into two places using the jigsaw method as I require. There are two gas vents that need careful work so the joins are not so obvious in key spots. The floor is basically sanded but still needs finishing off work.

Remove and replace caulking around kitchen sink and benchtop. The existing caulking has deteriorated and has areas of mildew - looking to replace it with an anti mould silicone caulk.

I did try glue to keep it in place but the towel rack just needs to be fixed in and tidy so it doesn’t come off - must be done today

Second task: Make hole in wooden external door and install a dog door We have had two recent poor experiences with Airtasker so have been reluctant to post this. We are looking for someone that: -Has experience disassembling and installing taps -Experience installing dog door including cutting out sections with the correct tools -Ensuring no gaps around the installation of the door, should be snug fit - Will take time to do the job properly and in full with no damage to other areas ie other areas of the door, floors etc. No damage to structures of the sink or worktop areas - Is reliable and punctual- not looking for someone that is going to rock up late or not rock up on the agreed time and day - Has good communication skills and takes pride in the jobs they complete

Hi there, We need a hand relocating our EasyShed garden shed. It’s currently set up in our backyard on a flat surface, but we’ve recently built a new slab where it needs to be moved. To move it, the shed will need to be partially dismantled, then moved to the new location, and reassembled.
