Find an experienced handyman in Merewether

We are intending to sell our house shorty and they are a lot of minor handyman jobs that need doing. Replacing some small bits of rotting timber, minor paint touch up, pressure cleaning paths, cleaning mould off external weather boards, spreading mulch on gardens, and probably a few other things that will crop up. I can't really guess how long it will take, but I'm happy to pay $60 per hour to get it all done. I've had to put in a budget (I guessed $600), but if it takes more than 10 hours I'll keep paying the hourly rate of $0. All I want is good solid work and I'll pay fairly for it

No high or valued ceilings. No previous fans have been installed. Just light globes in each room. I'm definitely wanting at least one fan installed, possible 3 depending on prices. I can provided fans myself, or if you have advice on decent cheap fans, or recommendations, I'm living in community housing and have been told you would have to be a qualified electrician and supply a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical work at completion. Willing to negotiate on prices, depending on work needed and if I can afford all three. If not, I will just get one. Installed. Roof/ ceiling access available in unit.

We had a botched painting job on our entry room and are wondering if anyone has the interest/skills/equipment to help us fix it? White paint was applied over red paint (without proper prep) and it’s now peeling. We think it might be timber underneath so it’d be great to sand it back to expose that timber. We could then treat/varnish the timber; just looking for someone to do the sanding please. The task is for the frame around the door and the frame around it those glass bricks, please see photos.

Handyman to resolve: * guest thinks the wooden serving tray fell down the back of the fridge * a guest pulled part of the curtain off the hooks in the master, needs to be rehooked back to the rail * we have to use a metal rod to keep a window open in the sitting room (where the navy couch is) would you be able to look at the window to see if it can be fixed to stay open on its own?
