Find an experienced handyman in Lysterfield

Looking for a handy person to repair and securely re-fix a wardrobe hanging rail and a shelf that have come away from the wall/unit. The weight of the clothes caused the rail and the shelf above it to pull out of the fixings. You will need to bring your own tools and appropriate heavy-duty wall anchors or fixings. Please see the attached photos for the current state of the damage and the type of wardrobe

Need the cabling connected correctly so the weight stacks and all attachments work as they should.

1. Replace 7 door handles, 4 door knobs and 2 sliding things. We currently have gold color ones with bad locking. We want to replace them all with darker color ones of better quality. We will provide the handles, knobs and sliding things. 2. Build a toy kitchen

I would like to get an estimate on staircase runner WITH and WITHOUT rods. Also to include supplying the carpet and the rods (should we choose to go with rods) A total of 11 ‘straight’ stairs and 4 curved at the bottom of the stairs. There is a stair landing too. The curtain track fell down and is slightly bent (see photos). Need someone to: • Straighten the track • Reinstall it securely to the wall/ceiling with strong fixings • Patch and repair the damaged wall/paint where it came off

Door from the garage to the backyard..unable to close. One of the screws on the top hinge is stripped. Other 2 hinges need rivets to be replaced with long screws. Other door, from the laundry room to the backyard. 2 hinges already disconnected from the jamb. Rivets need to be removed from the jamb. All rivets on 3 hinges to be replaced with long screws.

Remove existing stand alone glass panel & replace it with a sliding door frame. We’ll buy the frame that we’ve already looked at, just need remove existing and install the new. Location: Lysterfield, 3156

I require 4 odd jobs in bathroom to be fixed using your own tools. 1. Fix hand rail. my son swung on the rail causing the screws to bow. I believe the wall fixing is still there. Your own screws are required. 2. Remove exsisting toilet seat and install a new one. For some reason I am unable to remove the bottom fixing existing screws. (The new toilet seat and under fixing screws will be provided see picture attached) Also secure the toilet flush button as it has become loose. 3. Install new toilet roll holder in plaster wall. The existing spot where the toilet holder was had been damaged so slight plastering and painting required. I’m providing the new toilet roll holder and screws, wall paint and multi purpose joint compound for plastering (unless you can provide another material more appropriate) 4. Install hand towel holder in plaster wall. I will be providing the towel roll holder and screws.

plasterer: attach heavy toilet paper roll holder to wall, needs noggin. I would like the plaster to look very neat when finished. Thanks.
