Supply 1 x 820 x 2040 door and jamb Insulate the wall and then clad in plaster sheets both sides Tape the joints and fill with plaster compound and fill gaps and allow to dry Supply new cornice to match existing and install Sand smooth the plaster joints and gaps Install the door jamb and hang the new door and install a new handle. Supply new skirting and install. Supply paint and primer and paint the walls, ceiling, cornice and door and jambs

1. Door from garage to backyard ( MDF board has come off from the corners) either needs to replaced the door if cant be fixed 2. Door handle to be installed . Current position is not holding the screws 3. Big crack on the ceiling 4. One of the bedroom door is difficult to close and open. Not sure if one of the hinges needs to be tighten
