He was clear about the pricing, and on-site worked hard to complete the job to a very highly professional standard ( in very humid conditions) I would definitely recommend Qui.

Confirm appropriate pricing. Floor area is approximately 50m^2. I suspect there is no waterproofing membrane below the concrete and will need a waterproofing solution, such as Moisture Fix - such as X220 Moisture Fix – Oxtek Solutions. Stone exposure can be kept at a minimum, looking for the most cost-effective, functional and practical solution to ensure that the room is flood and rising damp resistant. Gloss level can be kept to a minimum as well for functionality and low cost. The space will no longer be listed as a room and will be listed as a “storage/recreation space”. Open to price negotiation and professional opinion for cost effective solutions. Looking to get ASAP pricing and ASAP turnaround.
