The plumbing underneath the sink also looks like it could use some attention/tidying up (possible leak) and the sink/tap feels a little unstable and low pressure. Carpenters to install 2 new doors and install new handles/ locks to all the doors, its around 11doors which need replacement. Handles/ locks will be provided Also 2-3 doors need high adjustment may need to shave off a bit.

Looking for an experienced electrician or ceiling fan technician to diagnose and repair a large ceiling fan. Large ceiling fan with 6 blades and 2 levels. Remote-controlled (IQ fan). Fan powers on but runs at full speed only. Remote no longer controls the fan (cannot change speed or turn it on/off). May require diagnosing or replacing the receiver module inside the fan, or fitting a new remote receiver/transmitter kit if needed. Please quote for diagnosis and labour only. If replacement parts are required, let me know the options and cost before proceeding.

2 X Sliding door requires fly screen mesh to be removed and replaced with new one. 1 X Window mesh needs to be removed and replaced with new one. (Mesh is not supplied need to be supplied by tasker upon arrival) There is also a small minor gyprock wall damage in bedroom requires batching up looking new before upcoming home inspection. I have a double track curtain rod held up by 5 brackets both in the living room and bedroom. Two of the brackets (one in each room) are coming away from the wall and need to be re-screwed into the wall. The brackets can take up to 3 screws each but currently only have two screws per bracket.
