I need 2x blinds fixed in my home property One is a roller blind that’s fallen off the bracket (I have the blind) The other is a string pull blind and a few strings have broken

NEED DONE NOW: - Measure and Drill 4 holes in steel window frame for the vertical blinds to be installed. - Measure and Drill 2 holes in tile + possible steel frame underneath for blinds to be installed. Blinds I’ll install myself, just can’t drill the holes.
