Assemble and install fireplace mantel. Mantel is flatpacked. Will need to be carried up one level (I can assist with carrying). I have also black pressed metal sheet that can be used as insert. Fireplace itself is already installed.

Have 3 new toilet seats to install. Pretty simple. Must be done today before major trades come tomorrow.

Install an IKEA shelf in our lounge room. Will need to be drilled into the brick wall levelled and the shelf screwed to the supports. Screws not supplied but will be paid for.

Toilet door in office not fully close, it usually hangs with 2 inches open.

Outdoor door is scraping along the decking - door needs to be raised (possibly just an issue with the hinge).

IKEA shelf with 2 brackets, will require 2 wall plugs and 4 screws. Wall is solid brick.

I’m looking for a reliable handyman who can help with a small job at my office — we need to install a door hook or latch to stop the stair backdoor from self-shutting. Note that the door is a bit heavy a more robust door hook may be needed.

Garage door is broken—springs have come off but in good condition. And the door is slightly titled.

The task is to remove an old outdoor window blind and it's aluminium guide rails from it's mounting on a timber window frame. It is fastened in place with a few wood screws. The top of the window is a couple of meters above the ground. See pictures.
