Trimming/cutting the bottom of all three doors only; and 2. Removing, trimming and reinstalling all three doors. Please bring the necessary tools and ensure the doors are cut neatly without damaging the new carpet.

The top hinge on the kitchen cupboard door needs to be replaced and the bottom hinge may need replacing also.

All windows panels need Recaulking / reputtin on the interior only. 1 other window also requires some attention as paint is lifting, needs sanding, priming and repainting. Windows will also need Recaulking / reputting on the interior only.

Bedroom roller blind is no longer working (will not go up or down, when pulling on the chain). Please fix. The blind width is 265 cm.
