Want a ceiling fan (& light) that sits pretty high if possible to go into a bedroom. Haven't pre-purchased anything yet. Happy to take recommendations if you know your stuff.

Hi all, I am seeking someone to carry out the following tasks to purchase and replace 13 existing roller blinds from Bunnings: 1. Attend the property to gauge and check sizing is correct. As I am not on site, a WhatsApp video call will be required for me to show you which windows/blinds require replacement. 2. Go to Bunnings and purchase 13 'Smart Home Products' roller blinds. Sizes: 10 units of 120cm wide and 3 units of 150cm wide white basic indoor roller blinds (linked below). 3. Return to the house to unscrew and remove existing roller blinds. 4. Screw in new roller blinds. I believe the purchased roller blinds are identical to the existing ones. If not, drilling may be required. 5. Clean up and remove all 13 existing blinds from property to dump. Hi i am needing to fix or replace the latch and hinge on this pool gate. Required for safety inspection. Currently when you open it, it no longer auto closes and latches. Therefore likely a new hinge and latch will need to be installed. The hinges does close it kost the way but doesn't have enough pressure to close. Looking for someone with experience dealing with pool glass and these fittings.

Affix Ryobi Wall Link rail system to garage wall. Affix towel rail to bathroom wall. Changeover shower head to ensuite shower arm. Affix large rectangular mirror to hallway wall.

Ive bought kmart S-Fold curtain track for two sliding doors and need someone to mount it onto the ceiling for both doors. Additionally I need a couple door entrance covers liquid nailed to the floor, they are the covers that cover the gap between rooms as shown in picture two.

I vinyl wraped my kitchen doors a few years ago but im selling the house and some of the doors need redoing due to peeling over time etc. Looking for someone with experience in this or atleast attention to detail to ensure no bubbles and clean edges etc. Paying for 3 hours work.

The plastic bracket (that worked as a pivot type hinge) broke (my dog forced the door to hyperextend the wrong way). So the glass is all still in tact and same with the bottom hinge but the top hinge needs to be glued back into place (see pics).
