Hi i am needing to fix or replace the latch and hinge on this pool gate. Required for safety inspection. Currently when you open it, it no longer auto closes and latches. Therefore likely a new hinge and latch will need to be installed. The hinges does close it kost the way but doesn't have enough pressure to close. Ive bought kmart S-Fold curtain track for two sliding doors and need someone to mount it onto the ceiling for both doors. Additionally I need a couple door entrance covers liquid nailed to the floor, they are the covers that cover the gap between rooms as shown in picture two.

The plastic bracket (that worked as a pivot type hinge) broke (my dog forced the door to hyperextend the wrong way). So the glass is all still in tact and same with the bottom hinge but the top hinge needs to be glued back into place (see pics).
