Hi! I need an experienced handyperson to permanently fix a problematic bifold door. The main wall-mounted track keep coming loose, causing the bottom of the door to scrape the floor. Temporary fixes haven't worked. I've tightened screws myself multiple times, but the constant use causes everything to loosen again within weeks/months. I need a robust, long-term solution.

We have a problem in our garage where half of the ceiling has fallen down (gyprock) - we think this is due to humidity and potentially not having been fitted well in the first place. We need a replacement gyprock ceiling for the full garage. We are concerned the other half will come down so we want to replace it all.
