Hi there, I need a painter with patience & meticulous painting & prep work for small job at home. Mainly small touch ups and probably 1 coat to window frame. Door needs tlc with sanding and filling and potentially 2 top coats in oil. Note paint to be supplied by me, all other materials to be supplied by the tradesperson. See photos.

Have 2 sets of blockout blinds to be put up on kitchen and bedroom, old blinds to be removed and taken away. Toilet roll holder to be drilled into wall.

2 small tiles in shower area are loose. Might need to remove, check behind for moisture or mould, and re-seal. Not a full renovation, may be a local repair.
