Just need someone to install the p trap. Already have the fitting. Preferably someone who is in the area. Small job.

Need to pick up and replace an internal door between the kitchen and laundry. Use the existing handle and plates.

Need a light frame and heavier memorabilia frame hung up. Then the current one that is already up moved around to get all three on the wall. The heavy one is around 8kgs and the other 2 around 2kgs each. Want to make sure positioning is structurally all sound. Other trophy task will be needed too if this one all successful.

2 small tiles in shower area are loose. Might need to remove, check behind for moisture or mould, and re-seal. Not a full renovation, may be a local repair.
