1. I need 2 custom external doors cut down to size to replace rotten doors. It needs to be cut down height wise. I will purchase the doors and they will be delivered. We will paint the doors ourselves - likely before the installation. 2. Then i need the old locks removed from old doors to new doors. If not possible, we can purchase new door locks. 3. Then i need the bottom of the external door frame somehow fixed as it’s rotten (if there’s a way - gotta be a way). If someone is able to remove and discard the door legally that would be great. If not - thats ok too. Flexible with dates (after the doors are delivered). Can arrange date whenever the doors are delivered.

The shower screen needs to be removed and put back later.

The curtain rod mounting has bent and partially fallen away from the brick wall in one section in the bedroom. The other two areas where the curtain is attached to the wall are bent under the weight of the curtains. I believe the curtains are too heavy for the rod.
