Find an experienced handyman in Hunters Hill

Seeking an experienced installer for a complete IKEA VIDGA project in my Hunters Hill apartment. All fittings must be mounted directly into a concrete ceiling. The job is to create two-layer curtain systems at four window locations and a blind at one window location in my Hunters Hill apartment. I am providing all IKEA parts which include 20 single track rails, 10 ceiling brackets, the blind, and 15 pairs of heavy SANELA and DYTÅG curtains with all glider hooks. You must bring all your own professional tools including a powerful hammer drill, correct masonry bits, a spirit level, and a suitable ladder. Your quote must include the cost of supplying all high-quality concrete screws, plugs, and anchors as the standard IKEA hardware is insufficient. All tracks and the blind must be installed perfectly level and all 15 pairs of curtains must be securely hung.

Lock on door is unable to be unlocked even with locksmith so looking at taking hinge off door which would need to be cut off as screw for the door are located inside the cabinet

The steps into our house have been damaged due to underlying tree roots. New sandstone pavers are provided but need to be cut to size and laid. We do not have the tools/machinery to cut.

Replace the broken wooden slat with one on the bottom which is not needed, as drop is too long anyway.

Just moved to a new place, and few things requiring a general handyman. Including some spot patch work, Paint work etc. The immediate ask is to fix a bathroom handle that holds hand towels. It’s very loose so wanted to remove it, clean it and screw it back. Iv tried using a hex key to unscrew the little screw, but not sure if it’s threaded, as not having luck. Wondering if someone has right tools and skill

it is the balcony door which need fixing.
