The doorknob of the bathroom is loose, please help me tighten it

Door has cracked open after accidentally trying to open it against locked door. Needs to be replaced like for like. Door is 2340 x 820 x35. need someone to source, paint door like for like.

We need a wall lightly sanded and painted after having insulation blown in. There are multiple plaster patches that need a light sand and then the whole painted to match other walls. The wall is 3.30m by 2.3 m. We also need the outside window to be lightly sanded and painted after having double glazing retrofitted. We would prefer the job to be done between 10am and 4pm. Paint is supplied. BYO brushes and rollers.

We have 2 outdoor window blinds at ground level that need to be replaced. Just the shades and reuse the existing rails, pelmets, unless it is really not possible.

I need a new sliding door installed, other small jobs - putting on new internal door handles, putting up new curtain rails and blinds.

Cockatoos have chewed off the plastic trims on two upper story aluminum windows and pecked at the rubber seal beneath the window. I would like the following tasks done 1. Need someone to repair small plaster damage and reattach a toilet roll holder to bathroom wall. The toilet roll holder fell off and took some plaster with it. Another toilet roll holder is starting to get loose, and so hopefully can be secured to the wall too

My dining room's sliding door was working fine until yesterday. I think something's broken (possibly the roller, but I don't know) that since this morning it's very heavy to open and close.
