My partner and I have just moved into a new home and noticed possible water damage in the laundry. Looking for a handy man to look at the roof to find the issue.

I’m looking for someone to repair or reapply the silicone seal around the edge of the upstairs shower. The current silicone is coming off, and water is leaking through, causing visible water stains on the ceiling below (see photo attached). During showers, water is also escaping onto the bathroom floor, likely due to an issue with the shower screen seal. The job includes: • Removing old silicone • Applying new waterproof silicone around the shower base • Sealing any potential leak points (e.g. shower screen corners) Photos provided for reference. Looking for someone experienced who can fix this properly to prevent further water damage. **Just to clarify, the silicone seal around the shower door is no longer effective — when the door is closed, it’s not sealing properly and water leaks out onto the floor. Inside the shower, some of the silicone and grout along the edges are also coming off. I’d like to have the affected areas re-sealed and re-grouted where necessary to prevent further leaks.
