Areas include garage, driveway, paved bricks in the side entrance and backyard alfresco. Pictures with annotations of the jobs involved are attached. If an in-person inspection is required before quoting, Saturday is preferred. More pictures can be provided if required. Scope of Works: Garage Area: Pressure clean and prep existing garage slab, Seal/fill floor-to-wall perimeter joint (polyurethane or equivalent), Minor crack repair, Apply cosmetic acrylic sealer (or epoxy flake finish – quote both if possible). Outdoor Concrete & Paved Areas: Remove 1 row of bricks (next to the garden tap near the side entrance) for better trolley/bin access, Seal expansion joints to prevent weed growth, Fix or repoint chipped bricks on the planter wall and fence joints, Re-level uneven brick pavers (minor dips/raised spots), Adjust surface fall if feasible using screed or patch pour to redirect water towards the lawn in the backyard concrete, Close gaps due to brick movement Clean and pressure wash all surfaces, Apply sealer to backyard concrete (grey), stencil driveway (terracotta red/grey) and brick pavers (terracotta red/grey) once the above works are complete.
