Need new mountain bike dropper post installed

I need someone to attach sticky Velcro to one wall of a balcony (approx 2.5 metres high) and along four metres of a balcony ceiling. The double sided Velcro will be used to hold up a plastic sheet to insulate the balcony.

Handyman needed this week to help with the following: *Hang a wall mirror (full length) *Hang 2x shelves (from ikea) either side of the mirror (note: the photo only shows 1 of the shelves; the other can be assembled in time before you arrive) *Install 2x floating shelves All need to be hung against concrete walls. We have all the nails/bolts for the items. Whatever parts are needed for a concrete wall will need to be provided by you. Happy to pay the cost.
