Issue 2: internal bedroom door handle has become loose Job: tighten the internal mechanism or set-screws so it sits flush and firm. Issue 3: toilet roll holder in the bathroom is loose Job: Secure the bracket back in the wall possibly using drywall anchors or toggle bolts so it stays firmly in place.
