I've got a garage door and am looking to get 2 x remotes (that I've recently purchased) syncronised to it. Problem is the panel appears to be broken, I can connect the remotes to control the light but not the door. May be the interface has got an issue, the button is broken so the remote can't connect. Garage door otherwise works completely fine, opens/closes perfectly when operated manually. Only want to get the remotes connected.

Kitchen sink is blocked, need to unblock the drain

Last year the house was underpinned resulting in cracks in the walls . I want that fixed and the house repainted. The house has 2.5 bedrooms, a corridor kitchen and formal and informal lounge. I think the cracks and joints will require mesh and plaster.

Looking for an experienced handyman to complete the following works: Remove existing 900 x 900 shower screen and install new shower screen. Sand, repaint and reseal shower base (paint finish to be white). Install new bathroom door handle and privacy lock. Replace damaged plaster wall in living area (approximately 3000mm x 2070mm). Complete a few additional plaster patch repairs. Must have own tools and experience with bathroom repairs and plastering.

Put x 3 internal sliding doors back on their tracks & fix them so this doesn’t happen again.
