Please provide a quote in your message. The renter has reported that the garage roller door is currently malfunctioning. The door needs to be manually pulled down, and when attempting to operate it via the remote control, the unit emits a continuous beeping sound without completing the closing function. This issue appears similar to one that was raised approximately five years ago, which your team previously attended to and resolved. Based on the current symptoms, it is likely a recurrence of a similar fault. From my initial review of the video provided, I believe the following may be contributing to the malfunction: Signal / Receiver Issue (most likely) The motor appears to have power; however, it may not be receiving the signal from the remote. Possible causes include: Disconnected or damaged antenna wire Fault with the receiver module (control box not communicating correctly) Interference from any added devices (e.g. WiFi/smart automation setup)
