We recently had our house relevelled and restumped and need an experienced carpenter to: • Adjust up to three doors affected by the releveling • Check and adjust the hinges and alignment before planing the doors where necessary • Adjust the latches and strike plates if required • Re-secure the separated door trims/architraves • Repair the loose trim beside the front door • Reattach the loose skirting and replace the small broken section The house is currently vacant.
