5 windows 11 blinds Each window has linked 2 blinds I started installing myself but issues with the center connecting blind , need someone who knows what their doing

Some of the tiles in the bathroom shower have cracked in the base (pics attached). This has occurred because the tap knobs have come loose and fall off their mount, both when the shower is on and off. Need some advice on what needs to be done to repair the issue before the end of our lease, so that we don’t lose our bond. If you’re able to fix the problem, that would be even better!
