I just need someone handy to install a baby gate at the top of some stairs in our unit. The issue is that there are no studs along the wall and we would need someone to drill into brick with a masonry drill.

Need to render outside of new door that was installed in a brick wall going out to a new deck. If we can render the door frame flat, then we will paint.
