Find an experienced handyman in Coorparoo

Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair a damaged ceiling in my home. There is a small hole in the ceiling, however the affected area is approximately 40–50cm with surrounding water staining. There is also some bubbling/peeling paint extending toward a nearby downlight (see photo). This will likely require proper cut-out and repair, not just a surface patch. Happy for the area to be assessed and repaired as needed. Scope of work: * Cut out and remove damaged plaster * Patch/re-sheet affected ceiling section * Set, sand, and blend to match existing ceiling * Prepare surface ready for painting Notes: * Cause was a previous water leak (now resolved) * Easy access, standard ceiling height * After a clean, seamless finish

We have two wall-mounted wipe dispensers, one on a wooden wall and one on concrete, backing onto brick. Both have two-screw mounting systems with wall plugs to then screw the dispenser in, the wooden wall already has the marks for the screws (top mark is 122cm from the floor and bottom is 101cm from the floor) and the concrete wall will sit at the same height. The model is WOWWipes wall mounted dispenser. The 3 chin up bars are to be installed at 227cm from the top to the floor, side by side. They are the NC Fitness Wall Mount Chin Up Bar. We want the wipes mounted on the yellow circle, and the chin ups mounted on the goal wall attached.

Removal of two squeaky chrome fans and supply and install with 4 blade white ceiling fan with light(Photo of white fan for reference).
