Need help to fix small dents on timber floors

Our kitchen soft-close drawer has broken and is no longer closing and now stays open. Has perhaps come of the hinges but we can’t work out how to fix it. And our bathroom draw/cabinet has come off the hinges and can’t put it back on.

We put these plastic/perspex awnings up but had to shift one higher so it cleared the door. We'd like the bigger one to be the same height as the smaller one. It's probably about a 30 minute job. This might be a 2 or 3 person job due to the size - it's not heavy, it's just a bit awkward as the middle bracket isn't screwed in and can come apart if not supported. I can help to hold the middle up if this will be easier for you. Ideally the old holes will be filled and the slight gap from the top of the awning to the wall sealed.

Replacement of damaged fly screen

I had a plaster roof installed and it’s coming off the window frame impacting the blinds. I also need three pictures hung across a wall. The wall is a plaster cover over bricks so can break easily if not drilled correctly.

Install two window latches in bathroom. Window portion is simply screwed into wooden window frame. Bottom portion must be secured into tile (see photos). Must supply tile or masonry drill bit plus anchor.

supply and attach Gyprock sheet (s) to wall 2.67m x 1.94m total size however there is a post (green) - so will need be done in 4 sections See photo No painting required

A number of smallish maintenance type jobs in our Queenslander house in Coorparoo: - fixing/bogging rotting timber on the back deck (its an area of about 15ch2, - repairing a rotting 'plug' in the weatherboard (might have been a pipe outlet in the past) -cutting off a section of house pailings that touch the soil (about 3 metres, pls see photo), -sorting out a rickety/dropped gate under the house, -fixing the ‘skirting’ under two built in robes where we have removed carpet (the wardrobes were built on top of carpet and now it looks odd - pls see photos), we may have the timber under the house already, and -replacing a rotten external sill. No painting required. House is high set, most of the jobs except for the 'plug' and the sill are low. The sill possibly can be reached from the front stairs but may need ladder/ trestle.

My sliding door to my bathroom seems to have come off its track on the bottom(?) I was finally able to open it my lifting the bottom right corner and sliding it back in. Would love if someone could come over and put it back in its place.

The string broke on my outdoor blind last week when it was windy. The rope/string needs to be replaced. It’s elevated so need a ladder etc. to access the site.

Electrician - 1. Remove outdoor ceiling fan and replace with B22 batton holder. 2. Remove old old B22 batton holder and replace with modern B22 batton holder.

Must be a professional clean standard of a commercial fan. A commercial fan (Big ass fan brand) Needs cleaning maintenance. This fan is on high ceiling in gym shed - will need a lift to get up there (not supplied)

I have a new kitchen bench and sink being installed on Saturday 6th sept at 9am. I am in need of a plumber to plumb in the new sink / connect it up to the existing waste point as soon after install.

Installing blinds and curtains in new house including: - 7 roller blinds. - 3 sets of double curtain rods. See pics.

Shower screen has come away in the corner. Need probably a steel fixing to repair it and trex silicone to hold together. Open to any ideas
