The bottom of the grill has been kicked out and damaged. I repaired it as best I could at the time, but the grill needs to be slotted back in. Not worried about the paintwork being repaired, just the door alignment.

I'm looking for a qualified professional to inspect and fix a leak in my shower. The water appears to be seeping through to the wall on the other side. I have spare matching tiles ready to use if any need replacing. Scope of work: • Investigate and fix the leak (likely through tiles, grout, or sealant) • Remove and replace damaged tiles (tiles supplied) • Regrout and reseal affected area as needed • Ensure the shower is watertight Note • No need to repair the wall or skirting boards on the other side at this stage • Must have experience with waterproofing and tiling

My front window frame is loose and we have to hold the glass in with padding. It’s very hard to open and close as the ball bearing are worn away. My bedroom window’s rubber padding is loose, they are also very hard to slide open and closed. I need new flu screens or repairs to them and I would like locks possibly in new frames so we can leave the windows ope or possible security mesh. As we have no ac, I would also like to enquire about double glazing/tinting as well
