Roofing repairs on end of rafter plus on end plate plus on eaves fascia. Not looking for a perfect 'to code' end result. This is not a job related to the structure of the house however needs to be repaired due to wood rot at the very end of the rafter and end plate with the main purpose being to stop possums getting into the roof and to look reasonable cosmetically once finished.

Silicone needs to be removed were bathroom flue and roof meet, as it seems to have cracked and causing leaking, it then needs to be re- siliconed. It’s a two story house and the problem is in the upstairs bathroom. The exhaust/fan/light/heater has been removed because it got water in it. - Due date: Flexible

Floor level changed after parquetry install. Install 2 supplied flush bolts to French doors. See photos of similar adjacent door fittings. Remove existing sliding bolt. Replace hinges x4 with supplied hinges. Install supplied Raven weather strip. Plane underside of doors to function and seal Completion of job before final sanding and polishing of floor.

Piano hinged pantry door top hinges stripped from carcass. Trim lifting. Hinges replaced but screws cannot be secured. Remove door and glue trim. Install door to make operational.
