The cornice and plaster of my garage roof has fallen / sagged in 1 corner. It is currently being held up by the roller door. I’ve only just moved into this house but there doesn’t appear to be any external damage. Looking to repair this as I’m worried it could become worse and fall onto my car.

I just had the house painted and the painters cut the strings that allow the Roman blinds to be pulled up. 2 X Roman blinds I need someone experienced to re string tomorrow as I have real estate photos on Tuesday

Look for a qualified handyman / maintenance person (with a WWCC) to do jobs around the house. Needs to be done on or before Friday. Jobs include replacing door handles, re-caulking and grouting some small areas, fixing a wardrobe door. Maybe 3-4 hours of work.

I have a number of white wooden window frames that need fixing up and painted to a charcoal grey . Also someone Who is not afraid of heights as it’s a double story.

We need our roller shutter curtain slats to be replaced - we need white coloured ones. There is a top floor one - and 2 on the middle level and 1 bay windows that needs replacing. We want white in colour for all of them.

I have the rangehood duct above the overhead cabinets in the kitchen that I would like to either: - Frame and plaster a bulkhead ready for painting - Box in using matching Kaboodle panels to the cabinets

Looking for someone to do maintenance tasks BEFORE MONDAY when a house is being painted. Removing door handles and towel racks, taking down curtains, shaving doors for easy closing, re-gluing a few skirting boards, re-caulk some areas, etc.

There are 2 jobs to do. Some area of the vinyl floor in the kitchen area is peeling off. If you feel that those vinyl cannot be use anymore, you can get new one does not matter that does not have the same pattern. You can use glue or nails. The bedroom cupboard railing has fallen (in the closet)
