Looking for an experienced handyman to help with a few small jobs at my home in Casey, ACT: Mount a Dyson cordless vacuum wall dock onto the garage wall. Hang 2–3 framed art prints on walls around the house. Install 3 bathroom hooks for hanging towels/clothes (similar to the IKEA BROGRUND stainless steel hooks). These will need to be mounted onto tiled walls. Inspect and hopefully repair/adjust an ensuite bathroom window that currently does not close properly. Ideally looking for someone who can complete all of the jobs in the same visit and has their own tools and appropriate wall fixings. Experience drilling/mounting onto bathroom tiles would be preferred. I can provide photos of the mounting locations, artwork, bathroom tiles and window if required. Flexible with timing. We have a garden shed that my husband installed, but despite his best efforts, it continues to leak when it rains. We’re looking for someone experienced with garden shed installation and repairs to identify where the water is getting in and fix the issue properly. The shed was purchased from Bunnings and is installed on a concrete slab beside the house, replacing an existing shed that was previously in the same location. The job may involve checking the roof panels, joins, screws, flashing, doors and the seal around the base. We would also like the repair tested with a hose before the job is considered complete.
