I need cornices installed in: 1) laundry- to finish the new cabinetry installed. Approx length 1.2m 2) garage - one length has been removed by the garage installer unnecessarily. Needs to be redone. Approx 5.8m. It is behind the spring of the garage system- pls let me know if this can be installed. Existing metal bits to be removed. As part of the job.

The kitchen sink tap is loose at the base and moves/rotates in the basin when I turn the spout. The whole tap unit wobbles and needs to be tightened or secured. No visible leaks at this stage. Looking for someone with plumbing experience to properly fix and stabilise it.

Remove and replace a kitchen tap

I have purchased a large pine barn door, which I'm currently in the process of staining. I have also bought a set which included the rail, rollers, soft-close fittings (both ends), floor guide and handles - which are all now ready for installation. The full task will include: 1. Installing the handles on the door. 2. Installing the rollers/wheels on the door. 3. Installing a length of flat timber (stained pine) to the timber stud wall (per instruction manual). This isn't shown in the pictures because I haven't bought it and stained it yet, but it will be the same colour as the door. 4. Installing the rails to the wall, complete with soft-close fittings 5. Installing the floor guide (I have a newly installed wooden floor). 6. Making a small cut in the skirting board to allow the door to fully close I have a full set of instructions that come with the rail/wheels, and all screws, bolts, spaces, washers, etc are supplied with the door. The door itself is 1220mm wide x 2200mm tall x 40mm thick and is solid pine, so it's quite heavy. Repair sliding door flyscreen where the mesh has popped out of the frame (spline has come loose). The mesh itself is intact, not torn.

We need a basketball hoop supplied and installed on our carport.

Repair retic - broken and we want some sprinklers shut off

I have approx 12 metres of Woodflex to be installed, different lengths so some cutting will be required. Half is on an internal plasterboard wall and the rest is to cover an existing feature. The main wall is approx 3.3 metres high. The length of Woodflex is 2.7m, so some will need to be cut to fit. I’ve added a pick of the current feature half wall that needs to be covered. And some of the main wall, it will need to be cut around the switches

New bathroom Reno, need previous Venetian blinds hang, new holes need to be drilled for brackets and a small hand towel rail to be installed
