I’ve purchased a HomEntry Roller Garage Door Opener and would like to install it on my garage so that it can be automatic. The garage door currently rolls up and down fine. My neighbour in the townhouse beside me has this same opener installed in her garage of the same size.

I need a general handyman/builder who can put in a small amount of drainage, paint some ceilings, fix some bricks around a pool and hand some curtain rails. The price quoted is excluding materials which you must provide a n estimate for and a receipt upon purchase. Ideally you can do everything ut if you can only partially do the work please let me know. You must be able to provide references and details of previous work.

I have a Austral Foldaway 51 Rotary Clothesline that has been damaged and I am looking to replace it.
