Find an experienced handyman in Birkdale

A section of my cornice has fallen off in my recently renovated kitchen. It needs to be reattached.

House is vacant. Need to install 6-8 basic roller blinds and may be 2-4 curtains on the windows or doors. Can be done today or tomorrow or even early Sunday morning before inspection. I already have roller blinds, I will buy basic curtains from spotlight to install. Please see photos for estimate.

(Photos added) -Replace broken sunroof on balcony (photo added) (damaged from hail storm) -remove wood /branches from side of shed (photos included) - install toilet roll holder in bathroom. Various jobs: 1. Replace washer and O-ring ( and any other required parts ) on hot water tap in shower . see photo and video 2. Replace damaged appliance power point outlet with new power point outlet: see photo. 3. Reset loose hanging light fixture in bedroom closet: see photo 4. Refix length of sagging guttering with new brackets and any other required parts/materials: see photo 5. Replace washer and any other necessary parts on kitchen tap which leaks from the bottom New Washers, O-ring, power point outlet and gutter brackets and any other required parts and materials to be obtained by handyman. Cost of parts and materials to be paid by client ( invoices required)

Approx 1-2hrs to drill some holes the through mental siding and timber stud, cut and screw plastic cover plate over a hole in cupbrd. Cut metal cap to fit metal post.

Install a roller blind in a bedroom

First: Require patch, plaster and paint to ceiling. Was damaged due to water from air con which is now repaired. Second requirement (last pic) is a crack to be patched, sanded and painted.

I need exiting letter box removed and new one installed.
