The work will involve repairing damaged gyprock, sanding the area back, and repainting to blend in with the existing finish. 2 people preferable Lay approx 110 sq m R5.0 ceiling insulation (we purchase) in our attic. There is no pre-existing insulation. The attic has easy access via a large opening with drop down ladder. The attic has lighting, relatively clean, and allows some standing. Approx half the attic has screwed down chipboard 20mm panels for access and storage. The chipboard will need to be lifted and replaced after insulation is installed. Stored items need to be moved around for access.

6 months ago I started a project to turn BMW 2003 F 800st from a fairing bike to a naked bike. I had asked the parts I tried to add carbon parts for the tank but this is a fail and need someone who can fix the tank problem with carbon or welded metal and connect extras to lights so I can enjoy the bike. I am in norther beaches so order someone close by - can negotiate on labor hourly fee - I’ll pay for parts

Sunroof installation for a unit balcony. Polycarbonate fixed sunroof. Approximate dimensions 3m by 1-2m. Balcony shape is slightly angled, narrow at each end and wider in the middle. To be attached to 6 steel beams running from the building roof to over the edge of the balcony. Balcony is on the 3rd floor. Assistance needed with purchasing polycarbonate panels with varying measurements. Sealant required at joins to prevent water dripping. Installer may require harness and should be aware of permits for working at height. No rust treatment or significant cleaning needed on steel beams. Installer to inspect balcony prior to installation for better understanding of the job, which should take a couple of hours, and to assess permit requirements.
